Membership

Membership is generally around 150 people and new members are welcome. The membership year begins on 1 January and ends on 31 December. All members must be at least 18 years of age.

Members are welcome to participate in any classesand workshops (fees apply), exhibitions and other activities. They may also make use of the premises, equipment (at nominal rates) and extensive library. The Centre also has an exhibition room for individual exhibitions at very affordable rates to members.

Members may also exhibit in The Centre Gallery and are expected to undertake 7 gallery duties per year if they exhibit. A commission of 25% is retained by the gallery on any goods sold whilst on exhibition.

The membership year starts on January 1 and ends on 31 December, fees being due in January.

Yearly membership fees are $30 with a once only joining fee of $5.

General meetings are held quarterly at the centre.

Classes and Workshops

Classes for adults and children are held regularly over four terms of eight weeks each. We engage experienced teachers who conduct day and evening classes in a variety of fields
